THE NEW EXPANSION SCARLET AND VIOLET - STAR CROWN POKÉMON TRADING CARD GAME WILL FEATURE THE DEBUT OF POKÉMON EX TERA STARS, FEATURED A CRYSTALIZED THEME IN THE CARD ART


In Scarlet and Violet - Star Crown , players will be able to immerse themselves in the Terastal phenomenon, first seen in video games Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet , with the introduction of ex-Star Tera Pokémon to the Pokémon TCG. Each ex-Star Tera Pokémon will have a special Star-type attack named after gemstones, and to use these attacks, you’ll need to use three different types of Energy. Additionally, this upcoming expansion will also feature unique artwork highlighting the shiny, crystalline qualities of ex-Star Tera Pokémon.

Players will also be able to encounter Archaludon, Hydrapple, and the Legendary Pokémon Terapagos, originally discovered in the The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero for video games Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet , which will make their official debut in the Pokémon TCG.

The expansion Scarlet and Violet - Star Crown will be available in booster packs, Advanced Trainer Collection, and special collections at participating retailers worldwide.

Additionally, before the physical release, Trainers will be able to play the expansion Scarlet and Violet - Star Crown digitally in the app Pokémon Trading Card Game Live for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows starting September 12, 2024. Trainers will be able to collect and battle new Star-Led Pokémon and receive in-game bonuses when they log in to the app.
